UK Visas and Immigration is changing the way UK settlement visa applicants submit their supporting documents.
From 30 January, 2017, all supporting documents should be sent to the UK address below by the sponsor or applicant.
Settlement Applications, International Operations and Visas
PO Box 5852
Prior to sending any documentation to UK Visas and Immigration, applicants should make sure that the courier company they are planning to use will deliver to Post Office (PO) Box addresses in the UK.
Once the supporting documents have been prepared, they should be submitted with a suitably sized pre-paid, self-addressed envelope for return, either to an address in the UK or the country of application.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay to the assessment of the application, even if a have paid for the priority service.
Please note that supporting documents may be returned before a decision is made on the application. This is a normal part of the process and there is no need to contact UK Visas and Immigration.
