Form Filling Assistance and Document Checks

Personal assistance when you apply for a visa in person.

VFS Global staff will read out the questions on the visa application form, and will record the answers exactly as you give them. You will need to provide an email address to manage the visa application after the form is submitted. You will also need to answer all the questions on the form in order to apply. Staff will not be able to answer questions on your behalf, or fill in answers based on assumptions.

Trained staff will
  • check your documents are correct
  • sort and arrange them for scanning
If VFS Global staff find that there are missing documents, you will also have the option to submit these by email after their appointment, within 7 working days.

You can pay for this Service either online or at the visa center using credit or debit Visa or MasterCard. If you choose to pay online, you must bring the printed payment receipt to the center to obtain the service.
